County of Los Angeles Building Retrocommissioning
Energized Solutions is a member of the project team lead by MBO Inc. of San Diego to conduct building Retrocommissioning Services (RCx) on two County facilities with a total building area of more than 850,000 ft2. The project will last for approximately 14 months and include tasks for investigation, equipment operational validation, equipment operational testing, building energy modeling, evaluation of potential energy efficiency measures (EEMs), oversight of EEM installation, system functional performance testing, establishing operational benchmarks for the facility and training of facility operators. This is the third large RCx contract that the team of Energized Solutions and MBO have been awarded over the last 2 ½ years.
