We recognize that the scope and associated cost of every individual project will vary since each project plan is “custom-designed” to fit the Client’s needs. Our detailed estimates consider total direct and indirect human capital costs as well as equipment and other associated requirements. Our goal is to provide the Client with a work schedule that provides a project planning and control tool that supports all of the planning and cost tracking needs, including references for all the necessary procedures required to complete the work. We do all of this with an eye to identifying and minimizing risk.
